  • the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with additional safeguards where required.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

In particular:

  • Order Information is retained for the period required under applicable tax and accounting laws (generally 5 years after the end of the relevant tax year).
  • Customer account data is retained until the account is deleted by the customer or upon request, unless longer retention is required by law.
  • Customer service correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the matter has been resolved.
  • Data related to complaints and warranty claims is retained for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • Newsletter subscription data is processed until consent is withdrawn.
  • Cookie-related data is retained in accordance with the retention periods specified in our Cookie Policy.

CHANGES
