Refund policy

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • be returned with original packaging

  • include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • perishable goods

  • digital content delivered electronically if the performance has begun with the customer's consent

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned product.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

We will refund:

  • the price of the returned item

  • the cost of the standard delivery method offered at checkout

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except for the standard delivery cost required under consumer law.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
